The whitish looking one is some type of long tentacled anemone. Someone more knowledgeable will tell you what it is later :)
It will eat just about anything that happens to get on it. It will sting it and then consume it if it can. With the exception of certain types of anemone fish. (clowns)

The thing you have to watch out for regarding anemones, as DIVER1298 mentioned, they will travel all over your tank in search of the ideal place to establish itself. In so doing this, they could wreack havoc on anything in its path(fish, corals, clams etc.)!!!!Keep your eye open for the movement of your new anemone's to make sure they don't have a run in with other inhabitants. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that you have to be careful with powerheads, inlet syphons and filters as they will get sucked up in them and more than likely kill them and pollute your water as well as create a nasty mess!
They are very interesting animals though, very different and unique from anything else you could place in your tank!!!! I'd feed them once a week with a chunk of Silverside or Clam for continued success and they like thrive on pretty intense light and water quality.

From what I've heard (I'm 15 so what) sea anemone's just don't live long in an aquarium, unless you keep the water conditions perfect. They need a lot of water movement and quite a lot of light. (Metal hallides). And yes, like stated before, be careful of how and where they move in your tank, as they can, and most likely will sting any other corals. A few years ago, my dad and I had an anemone in our reef tank for a month or two, and we had a Purple Tang in the tank. It avoided the anemone, while the other fish, a Maroon Clown, clung to it.

Good luck keeping those alive and healthy for a long time. They look like nice additions to your tank.

    BTW, first post.

I used to keep anemones and they would get quite large- some of the "cheaper ones" seem to wander the most( condi's etc.) you need to do your homework , this is an excellent web site to help you make that desicion:

    Kevink,
The photos you posted, as Diver said, are commonly called a long-tentacled anemones. They're probably Heteractis crispa or Heteractis malu. It's really hard to determine the species because many of the standard reference documents have conflicting photographs and descriptions.
Your anemone is white because all of the light-loving algae that lives inside it has died. Your anemone will need strong light to re-establish the algae, when it will develop a healthy brownish-purple color.

Here's a link for more information: Fish Identification - Heteractis Type Anemones, Page 9

You have nothing in your tank so who gives a flying %%$* where it ends up? You own them now, so just give them plenty of light, feed them every now and then, and enjoy them! Best of luck!

btw they seems to shrink a lot when i turn the lights off, should i leave the lights on 24hrs a day for them? takes like 30 mins for them to get pump up again when i turn on the lights in the morning.

Its normal for them to shrink up at nite... mine do it frequently. Most of the time they are doing a 'water change' where they expel the water they are holding and fill up with fresh water.

Also...as long as you don't put a coral of some sort next to it .... you should be fine... it may sting other corals...

Also..you probably want to get some frozen silver sides and give it one a week or so.
