Wow! To much nerve racking excitement for me. We lost power tonight for 5hrs-I spent 2 1/2 of those stirring my tank lol-don't know if it helped but I figured it couldn't hurt. Luckily I had a 5g bucket of pre made SW handy. WC change in the am-glad that's over with. I'll be heading into town tomorrow to pick up a battery air pump :)

Update: I spoke to soon! The power stayed for about half an hour then went out again for another 2. Finally came back on around 2:30am and stayed on. Everything's great!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
All very beautiful images, everything looks nice and healthy. For some reason I really like the one of the Fungia.

Rescued a Yellowtail Fang Blenny from the LFS on Saturday. Was looking for a new fish yet wasn't quit sure what kind. Sort of would know when I saw it. Well I'm there looking around and I see this sad skinny pinched belly looking lil blenny and say...that's the one. I ask the employee if it's eating. Sure it is! But I wanna see it eat I tell him. Out comes some Rods Frozen and wow! The poor lil fish was starving.

4 days later and she's starting to put on some weight. My tank is loaded with pods and she's always hunting and a pecking. Feeding her Rods twice a day also. She loves her new home and I love the fact that I was able to give it to her.

Pic's to come when the batteries are charged :)

Nice addition, we have one in the nano, but he's very shy, but a hardy fish though.

Love the shots of your corals.
