    Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a nano aquarium for my girlfriend. I see the EcoPico Reef Ready with 3 LED Strips is very nice modern looking while functional and efficient. My question is do any of you have experience with this tank? is the lighting enough for some LPS and soft corals? In addition, what about a skimmer? The pictures on their site show great nano reefs in the EcoPico without a skimmer. I'm also afraid a hang on skimmer will destroy the EcoPico's simple presentation and modern look. Any ideas?

Or is there any other nano aquariums you all might recommend??

LOL, stupid phone! I meant wattage! This thing should just write what I punch in.... T9 sometimes makes me look more silly than I would really like to think I am.

By the way, what type of LED's are they and how many? Any optics on them or strips don't come with them?

Aren't they 3reef sponsors? I would ask them in their forum. They'll have a better answer or suggestion than I could possibly have, as I'm still trying to understand the LED's myself.

But how hard would it be to keep a mini reef with only the filter the tank comes with?

I have no experience with this, but it looks to me as though those mini reef pics are photoshopped. Don't imagine you can fit 3 PJ Cardinals in there.
