yes we have talked on RC...i liked your build too...

you're not kidding about taking the time...holy poop my crappy computer took about an hour to download that 3minute vid...LOL and thankyou

i like to think if you have enough experience to maintain a SW tank you can handle a pico/nano as well...same water, same tests, same patience, you just cant fit your hand in there to move anything...LOL

thanks everyone for the kind words...it was a very fun build even though it took for ever...you guys got it easy....peeps on other boards have been taking the voyage with me for the last two years...

i am going to be getting some seasoned water and rocks from a friends established tank...that should speed things right up cycle wise..

Ok, RC is cool but a bit too busy for me, I can't keep up. lol. I'm tuned in, can't wait to see some coral in there. I have a hard time taking pics of mine, the colors don't ever come out right and it's hard to get focus. Probably because of the curved glass and it's made of cheap glass.

the nice thing is the glass is very white and not green at all...to me it is like looking through acrylic, the tank seems very clear compared to regular glass...

corals are going to have to wait a bit...i used some really stinky uncultured live rock to get things seeded again...i almost threw up when i broke the rocks in half, it smelt so bad...

but i really cant wait for coral either...i might go get some cultured rock from a friend and steal 10g of water out of his tank too...

then i can get the corals started...i realize patience is a virtue, sadly i have none....

Yeah, the glass is clear but for some reason I can't get my camera to focus well through it. You're done a great job so far with the build....just hang in there a bit longer and let it cycle well before you start adding stuff, it will payoff in the long run.
