It has shown no signs of stress. And was eating some mysis shrimp and seawead that I fed it. I noticed today that it looked trapped in between some rocks. I then moved the rocks and realized that was not the issue. It swam around for a couple of minutes and then it layed down sideways on the sand and rocks. It is still breathing though and moves its fins every now and then. What should I do? :-[

I would try and find the problem/reason first. Then that will determine what should be done.

Good Idea... however, I do not know the problem water parameters are fine and the other fish seem to be doing fine as well.

Yup, that form needs to be filled out every time there is an issue. Otherwise, we cannot make a good determination as to what the problem might be. I know, it takes a little bit, but in the long run it saves a lot of time.

ok sorry i got to dissagree that form is way to much info for the question at hand. what does half of that have to do with the question at hand. It kills me to see a question asked about a fish dying and someone asking about lights, substrate, ect.

    Now for the OP....

The fish may just be stressed otr countless other things my advice is let nature take its choice the more you poke and prod at him the more harm can come.

People may dissagree with my answer however it is mine.

Some things that are obviously not a factor like lighting are geared toward coral and could just be skipped... It's just a general form to make it easier for people to help people.
    How old is your tank?
Those symptoms sound like new tank syndrome to me.
