actually freezer is a stressful way to kill them. the only way to un-stressfully kill them is to chop the head off. I read a study somewhere and freezing releases a lot of the chemical associated with stress in their brain, almost as much as suffocating to death

Well that's freaking great... I'm not EVEN about to chop its freakin head off so that's out. that thing is just gonna have to die naturally. well... I guess naturally isn't the right word... since its in an artificial environment, but you know what I mean.

It's only about 3 inches long. I've already gotten full credit back from the store I bought it from. got the credit days ago, but I still don't want it to die.

So sorry for your loss. I am sure that you tried your very best to help him, but if this was the one you got from saltwaterfish (?), I think he was a goner to begin with. Good try though!

yeah unfortunately the same thing happened to me, sorry bout ur loss. But I tried my best saving it by trying to feed it in many different ways, didnt work. But ive seen a few posts that Naso's less than 5 inches or so die very easily due to starvation. Once i heard that I never ever bought another one. I really dont know if thats true though.
