    depending onw ehre you live a tank by the window can fluctuate temperatures rapidly. also it doesnt look like that window gets enough light to not be supplemented for corals. i have seen tanks kept in greenhouse like buildings or sun rooms where the sun comes in on pretty much all sides. and yes it does make algae a problem but like they said above it params are kept in check you should be fine.

    Is it direct sunlight or ambient? I dent think the latter will help much.

    If it doesn't help at all, I still need a place to put this tank. So would this be alright?
