I just recently realized that my corals had been hurting not because of some invisible toxin that I couldn't test for but because I had been preventing my 4 month tank from fully cycling due to too large of water changes; 25-30 gallons every 10 days. I've let my tank settle for 3 weeks now with only top off water and everything is recovering beautifully.
So, I picked up my rehabilitated corals from the LFS along with a new mushroom rock and my first anemone. I am not quite sure what species this nem is and if my clowns will host it or not. Please help.
Also I would like to figure out what these little yellow guys are, they jut spawned out of no where while attached to this rock I sent with my sick corals to my LFS. When I picked back up, there they were!
Thirdly, I am trying to figure this little green nem-looking guy is. He's about the size of a quarter. So far I've spotted two of them.

Water changes are definitely one of the worst things you could do when cycling your tank due to ammonia and bacteria levels.
As stated above see if you can get some pictures as a picture is worth a thousand words.
