Im looking to add another fish to the 220, currently there is a sailfin tang, scopas, a damsel, and a clown and firefish

I want something that actually swims, even the tangs are more relaxed and just kind of hang in one corner together.

ITs such a big tank that looks almost empty lol

any suggestion of fishys that stay out and are reef safe and will be good matches to the current inhabitants

Well... I know it's not what you want to hear but my clown pair swims all over the place!

Have you ever considered some kind of Anthias?

Tennent Tang: Vlamingi: Powder Blue. Those are all active swimmers.

Some kind of flasher with a harem. He'll stay out a lot flashing if he has some females to show off for.

I would go for a nice school of 5-9 cardinalfish. They have a cute personality and are active and curious fish. :)

    most wrasses are active.

.....and my desjardini tang even likes to follow them around so it makes him more active as well.

I agree, my melanurus wrasse stays out all the time. Too bad you said reef safe as the trigger I have never hides and he actually comes over to people who come close to the tank.
