My 28gal. is nearly complete (equipment wise) with a solid skimmer, upgraded filtration and the MP10. The only thing left that I had on my list was replace the two return pumps for MJ1200's which I'll do in a week or so.

I'm still lightly stocked in the coral dept.

A couple of different types of zoas, medium sized toadstool, some GSP and branching frogspawn.

I'm probably in the sweet spot for fish with only 4:

2 occ. clowns, ywg and a purple firefish

The only two active water column fish I have are the clowns and I'd really like to add some small fish that are active but don't add an incredible amount of load on the system. Do you think something like one or 2 blue chromis would overwhelm the filtration?

Secondly, I've wanted a rare(rarer) colored bubble tip nem. since before I even got this tank and figured now would be the best time before I add MORE corals. What happens when you add a nem to a system already containing corals? I know it's going to wander around until it finds a spot it likes but I'd be a bit upset if it wandered into my toadstool.I guess this is less of a question and more of a worry.

Honestly is just going to have to be a worry until the BTA finds it spot.

In that tank I think Clowns will eventually hunt the Chromis down and kill them.

In my JBJ I had a Cherub Angel for a couple years until he took a liking to my clams. Great fish if added last, fantastic blue and orange coloration and very active.

If you insist on getting the BTA i would get it first so that it can hopefully find a location it will stay. but i would do a species tank if i were to do it again.

As for fish, i dont think the chromis would be a good fit. they need fed often and that will in turn mess with parameters. Im not good at recommending a fish so i will let someone else handle that.

No personally I have never had issues with Dwarf Angels going after corals just clams, and I have had aggressive ones. I know other have had Dwarf Angels go after corals just not myself.

    The Cherub stays really small.

I really like the way it looks. How much of its diet is veggie? I don't feed anything other than meaty frozen and pellet right now.

They are mostly Herbivores. These can be very aggresive in smaller tanks and I don't think your Firefish would fair very well.

That is the main reason I like Rod's Foods (frozen) it has tons of sea weeds and veggies. It's a well balanced food and everyone gets what they need. You should look at some foods with sponge included to round out the Angels diet.

I like the Chalk Bass as well.

Royal Grammas are in my top five of fish but this is a fish the hovers a lot and some can be very shy even after acclimation.

The Midas Blenny add a ton of coloration and silly personalities

Royal gamma might be a good fit but I'd hate to wind up with another shy fish. I understand those are hit and miss.

Anyone of you have experience with a dottyback? Diver's den has a nice splendid dottyback listed.
