Testing Apache on my computer to make sure it works from computers off my network. Can I get someone to click this link and lemme know if it works?

It should just say Apache is working or something.

Figured it out...my ISP blocks port 80. Gonna need to buy some server space...which I was planning on doing anyway. Thanks guys.

I did...the ISP blocks a few ports for residential internet to prevent abuse and spread of malware.
