need advice on starting a tank maintenace service (COMPANY HAS BEEN STARTED FINALLY)

i have been wanting to start a buisiness like this for a while and now i may have a chance. the company i work for wants me to set up a system for them, we have not decided if i will buy the supplies and they just lease it off of me, or if they buy and i just take care of it. what do you think would be the best way?? we do not have any buisiness around here that does this kind of work so there is defintley a market for it. what is a good price to start at on either way we go with? fresh and salt aquariums. Around here it's $1 a gallon with a $100 minimum.

 

thanks for the input so far. it is my weekend job so ill be talking to him on sat, if he is there. hopefully it all works out because i think he is buying two more stores. might mean two more tanks.
