I am trying to decide what to put in the bottom of my tank. Sand or crushed coral, or both? Not sure what size I should go with. Any other options? Its for a 125 gallon tank. Also, best places to buy LFS is over priced in my opinion

For me it would depend on what you want to keep. Full SPS reef? CC, you will be able to put way more flow through it. Anything else, a course dry argo, as stated above.

Plan on having fowlr for now maybe a few simple corals later. Fish: Achilles tang, and a blue ribbon eel are my goals in there. Not to sure what else I will have in there until the tank has matured enough to have them in there.
