420nm Actinic vs 420nm/460nm combo bulb........

I am experiencing some algae and red cyano blooms and its driving me towards replacing my bulbs like now. THEY ARE OLD but i dont know how old as i bought them used. I know this may not solve my problem but its definitely going to help or at least it still needs to be done. ANYWAY, suggestions?

    96w Power Compacts 420nm/460nm

    150w Phoenix 14k

i have the coralife 150w 48" metal halide fixture.

i think im set on the 14k phoneix. im more so interested in opinions on the actinics. I am currently using standard coralife 96w Actinic 03 which i think at 420nm.(more purple). 460nm is more blue....

Most PC lamps are labeld as actinics but they are simply blue lamps... I don't really recall seeing a TRUE actinic PC lamp but then again I never really searched them out... Not many companies are really putting much money into developing new PC lamps so unless someone makes one already you might be out of luck...

I know companies like Aquatic Life have a wide array of PC lamps they might have a TRUE actinic if thats what you are looking for.
