I have a 90 gallon tank and a wet dry system. My friend just gave me his 10 gallon tank. i was wondering if i can keep my wet/dry and have a 10 gal refugium on the side of it?

yup thats actually about the right size for your tank, you could either split your overflow line and run to each or just have a portion of your sump overflow into the refugium.

For your fuge you just T off your OF from the display and and put a valve on it so you can slow the flow down. I would take the tank and drill a hold in the top part of the tank so it can never overflow with water, so as it fills up then it can just dump back into the pump chamber of your wet/dry. Put you a bulkhead on the tank and some plumbing to run it back to your wet/dry by the return pump.

Thats what I was going to say and incorp. into my system as well. No need for a pump, just a light.
