I still have my old 29 gallon bowfront set up, I have been trying to sell it, but I have people try to give me next to nothing for it. Not happening. So, I have decided to turn it into a fish only system with out live rock or live sand. I figure I can get a few fish to put in there that can't go in my reef tank.

I have the tank, stand, 4 bulb T5 light, power head and my hang on the back filter that I used when this tank was my saltwater tank.

I was going to put sand in it and some rocks from a landscape company.

Am I missing something, and will this set up work? If some, please tell me what I am missing.

    Thanks All

I thought about a frag tank, but there are a couple of fish that I like that are not reef safe. I could always run 2 of the t5 lights. There are 2 switches, one for the front and one for the back. I am just tired of looking at the tank sitting around. I don't want to do a fresh water, and I don't want to dump alot of money into another saltwater tank.
