need help finding contact info for octopus

    I've got an octopus bh-100f skimmer. the pump has gone out (my second pump).

    I can not find my records on the last time I got this pump replaced (gmail no worky for me at moment :angry:) but it was only about 6-8 months ago. Does anyone have the contact info for the Octopus skimmer folks or the website? I can not find it for some weird reason. Peredhil is failing at the internets.


    Or, potentially, a suggestion of where else I might be able to buy one that would work for this skimmer. I don't know how to figure that out, so would rely on a recommendation... otherwise I'll replace with what it has situation.

    Hey, Pered - are you sure it's the pump? I thought the pump died on mine and it turned out to be the propeller. Easy fix.

    Yup that's it. They have great customer service. I just got done talking to them over the past few days with my skimmer issue.

    Email might be better since they only have one phone according to the person I talked to. I couldn't get through on the phone but their crazy fast to respond to email
