Just purchased my first Devils Hand and on the rock I found a crab on the underside when I was putting it in my tank at home.
The crab is white with black strips(or black with white strips )
Size= 2-3 mm not too big.

I would take a photos but it hides very well...
Any help on a name would be great :)

Ditto - At least quarantine it until you can ID it. I had a similar hitchhiker not long ago. I felt terrible tearing the tank apart to get at it, but I'm glad I did. Turned out to be a gorilla crab.

Hairy legs (except Mytrax), or red eyes = bad! Most of the time anyway.

Just about any crab, except commonly known "reef-safe" crabs, put corals, feather dusters, snails, hermits, etc, etc...in great jeopardy.

If "hairy" and has "pinchers"....get out of tank asap and make freezer its new home.

    Have fun catching him! ;)
