Not really because the use of "or" requires only one condition to be met to be correct.

Get a family member to ask questions about rules in the book. Have them randomly choose the rules.

In your test review questions I looked at #2 and it makes me laugh. Sure you could memorize how to correct a skid, but memorizing and actually doing it are two different things.

My old man took me out on a dirt road told me to get up to 30mph then slam on the brakes turn the wheel and then correct the skid. Scared the crap out of me the first time, but it saved me a bunch of times in the Pennsylvania winters.

a unmarked cross walk is not just a street, alot of places define it as the crossing between to corners. just no marked lines
    such as this
    Code:
      ______ ______
           | ' |
           | ' |

The person can't be in both at the same time. Either they're in one or the other, but they're covered in both.

Well, everywhere requires you to yield to peds, regardless where. On the test, any of the answers can be right if you use common sense. I was asking myself "If I was driving would I do this" 3 answers sound right, but one is right.

Exactly, which they would have the right-of-way.
