My Fuge is about a month old and on the Chaeto there is a bunch of white specs-Now they are starting to show up on the walls of the fuge and the DT--They look like little salt specs and are hard to the touch. I will try to post pics if no one has any ideas

I believe I have them in my display. They are white and about the size of a large grain of salt. The only thing that I could think of was that they are some sort of snail eggs. They don't move, so I don't think they are alive.

sporbid(sp) worms, harmless filter feeders, also be careful with all that cyanobacteria, at night it sucks all the oxygen out of your water and can suffocate all living things in your tank....

Should I clean the cyano--I thought you wanted the nasty stuff in the fuge so it would not grow in the dt

you dont want them to go away, i understand that if a mandarin in in a bind they will eat them but they are on the same level as copepods and amphipods, you can scratch them off the glass if it is disturbing your viewing but otherwise i wouldnt bother, increase flow to cyano area
