    Lol. I am a complete bozo. Was doing the calcium test wrong. Calcium is 400. I brought specific gravity up to .023.

    Looks like tank has cycled. I have added clean up crew and only problem I am having is with phosphates - they are .5. I am going to do a 25% water change this weekend.

    I am having some problems with diatom blooms and green hair looking algea. I believe this is from the high phosphates though.

    Will the grean hair algea go away once I bring down phosphates??

    I am using ro/di water. I can also keep the lights off for a few days if that would do anything.
