I have a misbar clownfish and i was wondering which anemone would be best.

Do you think a candy anemone would be okay?

How old is your tank? What type of lighting do you have currently?

My tank is 6months, I just have basic lighting.
If my tanks lighting isn't good enough then I'll just hold off

yeah nobody should have an anemone until their tank is at least a year old. Plus depending on what you mean basic lighting is, you more then likely dont have enough light.
if you want something for clown to host then look at some of the leathers, anthelia or green star polyps

your lighting is not sufficient enough. MH or LED fixtures would be good candidates. Anenomes are very difficult to keep and need a system that is Mature. If i were i would wait until 1) your tank matures further, 2) your lights are upgraded. While waiting for these two things read read and read about anenomes. they are difficult to keep.

I live in a dorm room and the biggest tank allowed is a 10g. Besides the clownfish I have a scooter blenny, snails and hermits.

Most on here will say that you should wait till a year to introduce an anemone to your tank.
Most stock lighting is ok for a condy, but chances of your clown hosting it are very slim.
Bubble tip, Long Tentacle, and Seabae are your best choices for hosting, but your light is most likely not enough.
