I'd like to add one or two more fish to my tank.

Here's what I have so far:
    3 O. Clowns
    1 Purple Firefish
    1 Yellow Wrasse
    1 Cleaner Wrasse

I have been trying to build a pod population, but it won't be ready for 3-4 months down the road.

My tank is 60 gallons, but only 3 ft long. I don't think I want or could but a tang in there. Also, I like angels, but I have a ton of LPS coral that I would rather not lose to a fish! I really would like to have as many fish as possible in there because I like all the action in the tank. So I guess maybe something that wouldn't get to big a put a big bioload on my system.

What would be a few good suggestions or your favorite fish that would work with this setup?

Yah I def. wouldn't do a Tang. Most tang species need a 6' tank or larger to SWIM. A Blenny or a Goby would be a good mix in your tank. Many different species, most are reef safe and very personable fish!

Your tank is nice. Colorful & looks very mature. I like the scape too.

A goby would be nice to have. I like yellow stripe clingfish. I will be getting 2, when my tank is ready to add more fish. I think they are really interesting, having a god relationship with coral & wil be nice with a longspine urchin too. I haven't seen many people who have them.

Thanks, I feel like it is a constant work in progress. I always want to do something....or add something to it!

    nice tank!

Here are a few suggestions of fish that stay on the smaller side that should peacefully co-exist with your current stock:

    - Royal Gramma
    - Midas Blenny
    - Banggai Cardinals (one of my fav, beautiful fish)
    - Dwarf Angels (Flame, Coral Beauty) (may pick at corals 50/50)
    - Jawfish (Pearly or Blue dot) (a closed top is recommended)
    - Flame Hawk (hilarious fish)
    - Leopard Wrasse (finicky eaters & may not work with your wrasses)

Those are just a few, the leopard wrasse I threw in, but wrasses commonly don't tolerate one another so maybe that won't work.

I have looked at the midas blenny, but it seems that the ones I see in the LFS are already 3"+.

I like the hawkfish as well and the CB, but like I said I am worried about adding a CB.

In a few months I'd like to add a mandarin, assuming I can get a good pod population going.

What about a sixline wrasse, anthias, or dottyback?

What types of gobies are you referring to?

6-lines can be extremely aggresive with other wrasses. I had one that was fine with everyone but when I added an Xmas wrasse it tried to kill it. I would not recommend a 6-line with other wrasses.

I have a Flame Angel and he does nip but doesn't do any real harm to any of my corals/clam.

If you do get a mandarin, you might want to make sure it's eating frozen food at the LFS before buying it. Also you might want to check out the red scooter dragonets, they seem to be a little easier to keep than the mandarins.

Those would be my choices, with the Royal Gramma as the first choice. I've never had any problems with either Coral Beauty or Flame Angels nipping at any coral, but then again, I've never had SPS. Any one of the highlighted ones would be very colorful additions, and I've always found them to be active fish that are almost always out and about.
