Need help picking new halide bulbs

    yip def will toss up a couple pics when I decide..had to put it on the back burner for know swamped at work right now...

    AHHH this may sway my choice toward these..really 2 ish yrs seems a little much...but I would be game with that..

    I have seen pics of both side by side..both are nice to me..

    i think its really preference as to what you like to look at. someone recently posted pictures that showed both and i really liked the one that was less blue

    Here's 20k radium. Will be over a tank Tuesday. But they are kinda Purpleish whitish blueish color

    saints fan 420 seeing the lights how you have them. i like the color of that bulb. i just ordered the radium.

    U won't be disappointed.

    Here they r over my tank with no rock. This is with the overdrive switch turned on the ballast. Regular lumen power is more purple and whitish under super

    Ok finaly got some time and made a decision..going with the Iwasaki 15k as the more I read there a great bulb, and probe start,plus I have my RB cree`s for that bluish punch ..Would have gone with the Phoenix 14k but they are pulse start and my ballast(electronic) is picky with those bulbs...oh I cant forget the 20k radiums,great looking bulb but only in 250 watt no 175 watt...hope to order Iwasakis at some point this week...one day maybe LED`s.... but I will toss up some pics when there in and on...Thanks all for the help..

    Yes there is some good infor here..you won't be dissapointed with the phoenix bulbs..
    Since this thread,I have gone with full leds instead..but will hang onto my halides just incase..
