All RO/DI filters for home use, use the same size filters.
    AWI have great recommendations here
If your going to get a new RO membrane you can upgrade to one that is more GPH just by changing the check valve

You would not need a new Valve. Do you know how many GPD the RO/DI is hated for?
It should be written on the Membrane

Sorry it's not a Check Valve. It's called a Flow Restrictor here is a link

Ya you will have one in place now. It doesn't have to be replaced if you stick with the same GPD as your current RO membrane

The Oceanus was built by John at Aquatic Reef Systems which was bought up long ago by PurelyH2o.com . They were good units but I hope you really don't have the 100 GPD version as they are only 90% rejection when new vs 98% for the 75 GPD version.

Take a look here, you will not find a better price on high quality, reef quality replacement filters and membranes anywhere:

Go with their 90GPD membrane, a 0.5 micron prefilter and a single 0.5 micron carbon block. For DI use either a single SilicaBuster or I prefer dual DI using the MaxCap in front of a SilicaBuster. You can read all about their MaxCap system on their website and how it differs from other RO/DI units and saves you money. Its all true, my MaxCap gets about 1500 gallons per DI cartridge where my Typhoon got 150 gallons, big difference!

Thanks AZ, I will look into that in the future.

However AWI did me good! Took my TDS from like 650 to exactly 0! Can't complain too much about that!

Any RO/DI should get you to 0 TDS at least for a little while. The difference is in for how long it stays at 0 TDS. My AWI Typhoon III delivered 0 TDS for almost exactly 150 gallons before the TDS started to rise no matter whose or what DI resin I tried and all was fresh. My MaxCap gave me 0 TDS for 630 gallons out of the very first DI cartridge and has improved since then, over 900 gallons on the second DI cartridge and I just got 1500 documented gallons out of the last MaxCap cartridge. I have yet to change the SilicaBuster DI cartridge and its still chugging along.

Spectrapure just improved on their sale for the month of September. Take a look here, they now have their individually hand tested and guaranteed 98+% membranes on sale for $45 and the MaxCap systems for a steal at $100 off retail.
