    Ok everyone its time for me to pick out a protein skimmer. My pride and joy is 55 gal and I'm going to work on a new sump with a added fuge. Any suggestions?? Kinda on a budget too but all suggestions are welcomed!!:)

    Eshopps cone skimmers, they are cheap and work well.

    the only one ive owned is my coralife 220g and its ridiculous my tank is very clear its quiet and can be insump or hob

    I like my swc 160 cone. The bubble magus nac6 is a good budget skimmer.

    What is your budget?

    I love my Tunze 9002. You could probably do a 9005. Or a 9002 if you want. Little expensive, but good performance. :)

    I don't need it asap as my tank is still cycling but I'll probably have $200 to play with within the next two weeks. Anything that and below will be good :)
