    I would guess some kind of urchin also moves and looks like one there are so many different types it hard to tell.

    I think its an urchin also, note the tube feet, and the obvious spherical shape, and what appears to be small spines growing ;)

    Looks like a Sterechinus neumayeri, a small type of sea urchin.
