Well When I first got this a month ago it wasn't half this size. The LFS manager thre it in for free when I bought my hammer coral. As you can see it has really taken off growing up towards the light. I think its some kind of acro but not sure.

It sure looks like an acropora, but does it have any better color to it anywhere?

If it is growing, and free, more power to ya, but it is hard to pin it down what it is.

yeh tried to get a better shot the whole thing is actually a light brown with white tips. When I first got it it was just flat with little bumps on it (none of the 7 fingers were there) ,on one side was completely white.
I really didn't think there was hope for it because there was only a little color to it. I will try to get a better shot. I wish I had taken a pic when I first got it because it has grown so fast.

Thanks Reef guru that's what I thought. It was a piece that broke off one of there frags and just sat on a rock, he was like here take this and see if you can save it. No argument from me. I'm just amazed because I've never seen growth so fast like this.
I have a Rosa milli that's doing really well also that's next to it.
