Those look and sound like T5 NO bulbs. It may measure 16" but it is called 20".

    Standard Flourescent Aquarium Bulbs

that has alot of bulbs, but no 10w. are you sure they are really 10w?

maybe its not a t5 sized bulb..

even if you find these bulbs, you'll probly spend $30-35 for both shipped. Normal output bulbs suck. you might want to buy a new small 20"/24" pc or t5 fixture..

    20" pc fixture 28w: $50 shipped
    NIB Coralife 20" 1x28 28 Watt Power Compact - eBay (item 200440382847 end time Mar-18-10 18:31:43 PDT)

    24" pc fixture 65w: $49 shipped
24" 65w Aquarium Power Compact Light Cichlid Discus - eBay (item 300400819823 end time Mar-06-10 23:51:22 PST)

    24" t5 H0 (highoutput) 48w: $69.95 shipped
    24" Nova Extreme T-5 Fixture 2 x 24W 10K/Freshwater - eBay (item 110500260402 end time Mar-05-10 17:56:52 PST)

there you go. atleast you'll be able to find replacement bulbs for those light fixtures no problem down the road. karma me up scotty!
