I can't tell from the pic if the big round things are bubble (if so they are some of the biggest one's I've ever seen), the little ones are for sure. Try to get rid of these buggers before adding the piece ( sump, ref, or display). If you can avoid the popping of the larger ones you will avoid the spreading of spores, the very very small ones are by most chances not at sexual maturity yet, therefore not spread'n developing spores.

As far as the prices, it depends on the origin of the rock, it looks to me (I could be wrong) like Kaelini or Fiji rock, if so I would pay around 50-60 dollars at most!!!, but due to the bubble algae maybe less. I would be worried too what other bad hitch-hikers are tagging along too...

Nice rock. Has alot of life but like everybody says try to remove most of the bubble algae before putting in tank. If you have a fuge you can add the caulerpa unless you got some other macro in there. Otherwise it has alot of coraline on it.

I have had bubble algae and removed it before adding it to my tank. I used tweezers and pulled off the bubbles...just don't do it in the display tank. I would remove the leather and attach it to a plug. Toadstools are gorgeous.
