need overflow help

    i just bought a eshopps pf nano and i dont know how to start it the most it does is the tube fill up have way and drains i thought the tube was supposed to be filled with water not air

    Run a length of airline into the u tube and suck the air out while both ends of the tube are under water.

    okay i have it running but i seen little bubbles slowly building up in the middle of the u tube will problems arise

    yes it will stop if they get to big. A solution to that is to drill a hole at the top for a plastic airline barb and then connect airline and use a lift pump to pull the air out. You will run a line from the output of the pump to the sump for any water that get sucked up.

    If air bubbles are building up in the U tube it means your return pump isn't strong enough. If the pump is properly matched with the overflow, the bubbles will always be forced through.
