I would pass. That is pretty high for a PC fixture.

A 2 bulb t-5 system would cost much less and put out much much better light.

A 4 bulb would be much better. That would allow all softies, leathers and LPS.
    Would probably still be cheaper.

price seems high to me. i dont think i paid much more for my 48in 6 bulb t5 (did get a pretty good deal off ebay though). you might want to look into t5's. a 6 bulb would prob be overkill for soft corals, but you good probably find a good deal on a entry level t5 fixture.

    something like this
Aquarium Lighting for Freshwater and Reef Systems: Nova Extreme Compact SLR T-5 Fixtures

in my opinion a better fixture for less money, this the 36 in was like 175 or so

The one in the pic is the OLD model. They made a newer one 3 years ago and now they have a newer one. I would not but it either. $50 is the max I would pay for it

FYI...that price is in Canadian Currency not American currency.

Like the others said, the PC would be fine, but t5ho would be better and cost less long term.
