What you have there is an Engineer Goby.

Who ever sold you those for that tank is only in it to make a buck or has no clue about them.

They are not true gobies, as they grow and they will get large and will destroy that tank.

You definitely need more rock, get live cured rock if you can afford it other wise dry base rock.

    Good luck

    That good. :)

Lesson learned, do not cycle with live fish, research, research and research.

You may want to start with the Engineer gobies, they will be fine for awhile but get too big and start burrowing like no tomorrow. They need huge tanks not smaller reef tanks.

im learning, every day im learning something new about these tanks. yea my little gobys already are burrowing under everything they can find. its kinda funny watching them. how long do you think it would take a 75 gallon to cycle? i want to add all the live rock before correct? what about coral? do i add that before or after the cylce?

I would add all of your rock(I recomend dry rock) sand, Equiptment ect. Use rodi water to fill the tank, add salt and then throw in a couple of raw table shrimp and watch the cycle. Should take 4-6 weeks.:)

Add all live stock after the cycle.

I am old school with regard to this hobby and allow 6 weeks at least before I add fish and sensitive inverts. You appear to be able to do it much more quickly with the addition of "bacteria in a bottle" as they call it. I have heard good things about Dr.Tim's product and he is a member on this forum, I have not used it. I would start there if there is a rush.

If time is not important than I would in a perfect world use only live cured rock add some fish food and wait a week or two, test the water for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates if all is good, add more dry fish food (small amounts) and retest in 2 days if no presence of nitrite or ammonia, do a 20 % water change and test again in 2 days, if all well proceed to stock slowly.

The biological filter is an evolving thing, it waxes and wanes depending on the current stocking. You need to give it time to adjust and grow between additions.

i just did a 20% water change. i mixed the salt water yesterday and added a bubbler to keep it mixing and a heat on it to get the same temp as my tank. Im going to try and buy the nitrate and nitrite test tomorrow, also tomorrow i will do a ammonia test and let you guys know!

Get the API salt water master test kit. Test strips are useless.
