Need some help

Hello,
I am setting up a 110 acrylic reef ready and have been stocking up with what I need to get it running. One of the things I bought is a used ASM G3 skimmer with mesh mod, recirc mod and gate valve mod, I understand how these improve the performance of the skimmer but I have never seen one running and I am uncertain how it gets plumbed.
I need to know how to plumb this thing, it has a hose barb mounted on the tube that is fed directly from my overflow, but the pump area has 2 holes, 1 a few inches up that is for the feed from the pump and another hole near the base of the tube for the recirc I think?
Any help or picks of plumbing with similar mods and how to use the gate valve mod correctly would be appreciated.

 

I dont have exp. in those skimmers but why dont you go to thier web site and some info from them. If that doesnt work, try contacting greg from ReefGeek > Aquarium Supplies for Marine, Reef, and Saltwater Aquariums to see if he can send you a pic or instructions. hope this helps
