I have been in saltwater for about four years but until now have been running reef....I have now switched to predator just to try something new...I am needing ideas for some predator fish tankmates....I currently house a fuzzy dwarf lionfish, a porcupine puffer, a butterfly fish, and an orange lined trigger, I had a volitan lion and a half black angel but the angel killed the lion and then died itself so I am needing some ideas for some suitable tank mates to the group that i currently have....tomorrow I am getting an antannae lionfish not sure of the spelling there and a snowflake eel....if anyone has any good suggestions I would greatly appreciate it...thanks a bunch

    Welcome to 3 reef SaltDweeb

if you can indicate the size of the tank you are working with, that would help facilitate
    good suggestions on potential inhabitants

I'd watch the triggerfish, they are known for killing lionfish!

Thanks for the info....I'm going to do some more research on my orange lined trigger....apparently I suck at picking out fish....I like to get fish murderers....But like saltgeek said I have a 150g with about 100lbs give or take of LR...So with and without the trigger I need some suggestions for some fish....so if I got rid of that particular trigger is there another that would be less likely to murder my other fish....and also if I got rid of the trigger could I throw in some grouper....i worry with the panther grouper only because my local pet store can only get them as babies and they are very small at first and with my trigger I don't see it standing a chance....if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them like I said I am so new to this predator thing....I know nothing about it....so pairing fish together is proving to be a difficult task so any input is appreciated.....
