    is it a good thing ?
    how can i feed it ?

    Looks like one of the oodles of species of mushrooms to me.

    Are you talking about the red/green algae, the mushroom or the orange thing? If you're talking about the orangy thing, it might be an encrusting sponge. Just feed with filter feeding foods.

    It may be a turnicate. If it is, its a filter feeder. I have a few in my tank and I don't feed them.
