Need some opinions

I am going to be listing a tank of mine on my local craigslist. I was hoping I could list what I have for sale and the condition of it, and maybe you all could give me an idea of what it might be worth. just dont want to give it away and also dont want to sit on it forever either.

• the tank is a 30 gallon(painted blue back wall and left side wall) very good shape not many scratches.

• Stand (pine wood maybe) it does have scratches on the door from my cats jumping at it.
• small wet/dry(needs cleaning) does not have the overflow
• coralife PC 1x96w 10k, 1x96w actinic. (light has some damage to the plastic end caps but runs well. bulbs have about 2months life left on them.
• Also have about 20lbs of rock.(possibly more) the rock has been in water the whole time, however the temp of the water is Very cold and no light. so basically dead I would assume.

 

250 tops ?

I purchased a 65g drilled from craigs list with light, sump, pump, protein skimmer, uv, 2 fish, some rock and sand for $340

 

anyone else have some thoughts on this? I was thinking 150. to much, not enough?
