    How many aqua illumination fixtures would I need for my tank its 6'long x 2'deep it's amixed reef tank, or any suggestions on what would be the best rout for me to go


    300 gallon mixed reef
    90 gallon bowfront fowlr

    3 would give you pretty good coverage for a 6 foot tank depending on how high you have them above it. 4 would definitely do the job and give you great par at deeper depths if your thinking of keeping sps low in your tank. If your planning on keeping sps high in your tank and lps and softies towards the bottom 3 should be fine

    I now say 4 because after watching this video the data cables aren't long enough to evenly space 3. unless you can get longer ones. possible?

    i was informed that 3.5mm jacks are universal and can be used on the AI.so 3 will work.
    not spotlighty, see this.................at 2:31, all lights on looks very good.

    That's about 6" from the water by the llooks of it isn't it? I was thinking like 12" from the water

    can't tell, 12" gives good spread.AI site recs 3 for 6' tank if 12" or more.
