    Definitely not Enchinata. I am thinking a Tenius, but it has some thick structure for that.

    Edit: Maybe a Cytherea.

    It could be a tortuosa.

    Growth between color morphs vary greatly, Oregon torts are notoriously slow growers but the California tort grows fairly fast.
