I will be putting down hardwood floor in my living room this weekend. This will be done in 3 sections, 1 section at a time. Last section has the 45 gallon wet/dry fish tank full of live rocks, corals, fish and cleaning crew! Sooooo... any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

Well, get some buckets and large (30 gal) tupperware containers (Sterlite or other cheap brands are fine). Use the large containers to hold corals, rocks and fish and the buckets to hold any water that isn't in the tubs and your sandbed (if using one). You should also have some fresh saltwater mixed..just in case. Be prepared for an increase in phosphates for a short while unless you are replacing the sand.

On the last section how long do you have to wait before putting tank back on it or will the tank go in a different spot?:)

Good question...if there is any substantial delay, you should put a powerhead, heater and possibly an air stone in the tubs to keep things happy and healthy.

Hmm. Well I think that i speak for everyone in saying. Good Luck! As for the delay period...is there anywhere else the tank could go? You might ask the the person laying the wood down asking how long it needs to be undisturbed.
