Need YOUR input on 2 Different skimmers!

    im currently using a aqua remora hang on skimmer on my 55g it works great! well my sump will be finished this weekend and i had a buddy that offered me a brand new marineland 100 skimmer.. after doing some reviews on this didnt find to much helpful stuff or promising so my question is should i keep the one i got and hang it in sump or stick with marineland 100..

    well he is a local dealer and coral seller.. lol he has worked with me on a bunch of trades and has accounts at fish stores that he does maintenance at (basically he trades them corals for stuff or work) and said he could get me a marineland 100 at cost for 75 bucks and would take my remora for 55 so it would basically cost me 20 bucks for the marineland if i went that route..

    wish i could help but ive never seen one of these in action. i know the maxijet are good pumps so thats a good thing
