Upgrading tank, this time im staying away from the soft tubing and overflows. I got my 75 gal drilled already and 2 bulkheads installed. Now i just need some help with the plumbing. I already bought a 30 gal for the sump. Anyone knows anywhere with plumbing instructions/illustrations? Planning on running a mag 15

It really depends on the pump outputs and the Bulkhead. I would suggest getting bulkheads that have internal threads. That way you are not having to glue the PVC to the bulk head. This will allow you to take it apart and not have to cut and buy new if you want to take it apart.
I think the MAG 15 is 1/2 external tread and the typical 75g return hole is 1" so off the pump I would go with a 1/2 to 1" internal tread. Then you could take the 1" PVC pipe up and then before you 90 it put a union in so you can take it apart. Then the 90 to the return hole then again just after the next 90 put another union. and thread it to the bulk head.
