    Rickzter,
It won't be a bad thing if the clown fights it, because it's a fight that it won't win. The float will always be there and it's not going any were. If it's remove during a fight then the clown has won and the float will take even longer to work. The fish will continue to fight with it thinking that it will eventually go away and continue to bother the coral.

If you have any kids or small sibling they have great toys that are colorful.

Just make sure they are fully washed and clean! haha.

Yep, someone I know had a problem with his maroon, he eventually took it out. Wiped out his whole xenia colony as he took to it and ripped tentacles out thinking they were dead because the xenia would retract. Not a reef safe clown if you ask me. Only safe if you have an anemone for him and that's if he eventually takes to it. I've also heard of maroons taking to multiple things at a time. Not good.

I have has a GSM clown that has been hosting in my Frogspawn since I got it over a year ago. It hasn't hurt the spawn at all in fact it has grown three more heads. When I moved the coral for a couple of day to a temporary tank while switching display tanks it closed up but when I put it in the new tank with the clown it was only a matter of minutes the clown found it and the coral fully opened.

I would definitely keep an eye on the bubble. When I had a 24nc with a GSM, she hosted the a medium sized bubble until he eventually killed it. After I removed the bubble, she went crazy and basically recked my tank. Knocking corals down, rocks and kicking up sand. Luckily I removed him before she did any more damage

I've had my maroon hosting my large bubble coral for about 6 months. With no affect to the coral. It has since given up on hosting due to the bad sting they get. Although they can form symbiotic relationships with anemones, the bubble's sting is a different story. My maroon has developed a raw spot under it's chin. It has since given up and keeps off to the side. It does still take cover by the BC and still feeds it. The size ratio is a bit different. The maroon is fairly small, compared to the BC.

Likewise my maroon sometimes likes to host behind the bubble, not on it. The other half of the time he's up around the powerheads- but never, ever in the anemone. I tried the picture trick and he seemed to be afraid of the other clown...
