    Yes this is a normal algae stage of a new tank. Algae comes in all sorts of ways and colours. it will pass several weeks after the tank has finished cycling

    What Jason mentioned plus at a month you are not cycled and you will see different types of algae over the next yr plus as the tank matures. I'd ask what are the DKH and Ca levels setting at ? soft under buffered water will cause this type algae also..
