My 4 headed Neon Green Frogspawn flipped over, head first into the sand 10 days ago. Since then he has been mostly withdrawn... any suggestions to being him back out of the shell?

well all i can think of is he clear of debris?

and leave him be because from my experiences the more you move and touch the coral the longer it will be shut

Probably just PO'ed about being flipped over and disturbed. Did you put it back where it was originally? Is there any stringy mucus? Did any tentacles get damaged? Give it some time and don't touch it, it'll come back out.

Don't worry RockinReef, I'm sure it's just a little disturbed. Give it some quite time to relax a little.

Just try to keep it off of your other corals.
