I think my nerites laid eggs too. little white ovals all over the back glass. They have been there for about three weeks and some have opened. Haven't noticed any baby snails or anything yet.

it isn't likely, although virgin nerites will breed. The nerites you are talking about usually hatch and disappear. Some people have reported a few that made it, but usually they don't.

the more food available (algae of course) the more eggs they'll lay (so you saying this indicates to me you have plenty of food for them ;)). When I first added my CuC, I got these eggs everywhere. Mag float will clean it, but it takes a couple wipes. And on the rocks... just have to wait for them to hatch...

the majority of them are easily just food... but I swear I have more tiny nerites now than when I started...

carefully put them in a floaty, I bought one and it just floats in the tank so there's water echange and air but the fish can't eat them, when they just freshly hatch the fish will eat them before they can get away. I leave them in there and once they hatch they climb out on their own, I also feed the ones that stay at the same time as I spot feed m enemones
