I bought a current nova extreme pro fixture from marine depot. When i got the package i noticed that the alignment of the lamps to where you plug them in was not perfect on one of them, but the lamp fit and worked. I used the lights for about a week and 2 lamps that seem to be linked stopped working when i got home. The problem seems to be due to the alignment and fitment. so, i call marine depot and they send me a who new light, unfortunately, they do not pay for the return shipping! i just wasted $100 send their faulty light back to them. horrible customer service in my opinion.

Sorry to hear about that. That really sucks. I personally haven't had any bad experiences from them, so I'm holding out now.

That does suck, but I would be more pissed with Current then Marine Depot as it sounds like it was their faulty product. I would have called Current to see if there was something easy I could have done to fix the problem. If not, you are getting new fixture, which is good, but that does suck to pay an extra $100. Did you look into freight shipping?

Current doesn't have a number to call lol. Same thing happened to me I just recieved mine and plugged it in and nothing. Then I contact linens and thing and they take for ever to give me a response as they have no real phone number either. But they said they would send out a new light. Still waiting on the tracking numbers for it tho :/

Did you ask for a return merchandise slip, or did you just send it?? One time I had to return something to Marine Depot, I made sure they took care of the return shipping.. All I did was ask.. They didn't argue, and took care of it quickly.. Still sucks though.. Try talking to a manager and have them resolve the problem..

i asked for a return slip because i knew sending it back would be a lot, but they wouldnt give me one. their return policy even says that they are not responsible for return shipping.

I can understand they don't pay for a "return" but should pay for all exchange shipping.
I had to return bad bulbs once and they paid for it all.
    Sorry that happened.
I'm pretty loyal to MD cuz they have been great to me and honor lowest prices that I can find.
