Never order lights from Marine Depot

It actually cost $100 for shipping to return a light fixture?

 

I hardly see this as "bad customer service". They replaced the unit free of charge and free shipping back to you. That is a lot more than some companies will do for you.

If you paid $100 for shipping, you must have overnighted that thing, cause that is an insane amount for shipping.

 

this never happened to me with foster and smith maybe try them next time. that sucks.

 

Thats totally wrong, thats horrible customer service! They send him a BAD light, i believe most if not all compines would have done the same...i mean point blank they send a bad unit, he should not have had to pay a dime for shipping agian as he already did.....

 

as far as the 100 i would bet he is probably talking about both ways to get it the first time and to send it back was 100 total, at least i would hope
