Never saw this before on Yellow Tang

    Got him yesterday and didn't seem to notice until today.. along all the "seams" on his face and around his eyes, he has a lot of white... sort of looks deteriorated, like the yellow color is gone. Its hard to explain. Maybe someone knows?
    He is acting normal and eating etc.

    possibly head and lateral line erosion. start feeding it greens.

    Yep, stress of acclimation. They will fade once he becomes more comfortable. If they do not or begin to spread and look more significant look to Laterial Line Disease. But mine almost always did that while acclimating.
