New 3gal deco

set it up lastnight. one piece of LR. i think i am going to leave as a bare bottom tank.

added some zoas today. picked up some brightwell products for the ca, alk, and mg. will be adding new corals weekly. not sure a fish. green clown goby if i can find one perhaps. n e ideas one the new tank mates are appreciated. thanks for the input. i was going to get the kent 2 part system but the brightwell stuff was on sale and will be easy to use. 1ml of the ca solution will raise the ca by 10ppm in 3gal of water, the mg is 1ml=9ppm and the alk is 1ml= an increase of 1dkh in 3 gal of water, give or take a fraction. seems simple enough. time will tell.

That is a very nice tank. Very stylish and simple at the same time. Can't wait to see it later on. Just curious but isn't it a little early to be adding those zoas or did everything come from an established tank?

 

Woah i was in the mall yesterday and ran into a small time pet store and seen this exact same tank. The first thing i thought man i would love to set up this tank at work would be a nice little add on to my new office SW of course haha. LOOKS Great that is the light that came with it? Gotta love that HOB Filter by Red Sea! GREAT Job!
